Background
Following significant investment from a PE partner and Mastercard, Conferma embarked on a journey to revolutionise their brand.
Following the completion of a positioning phase, Trunk were tasked with bringing the brand to life across all customer touchpoints, as well as developing a best-in-class website which played a critical role in lead generation. We were tasked with breaking conventions to deliver a solution that underlined their market leading position.
The approach
Our branding and creative experts worked collaboratively with the client to develop the right branding framework, before crafting a visual identity that was unique, modern and authoritative.
The website was crucial, so on top of the highest security standards, we developed highly interactive components and functionalities designed to enhance the overall user experience and boost lead generation. We conducted multiple rounds of user testing throughout to ensure the solution exceeded expectations.
The results
The launch of the new brand and website was a significant success, helping power Conferma’s continuing success and underlining their market leading position. In the first six months of the new site going live, it delivered:
- 42% increase in downloads and content access
- 63% increase in dwell time
- 180% over target for revenue from new leads
