Get ‘buzzin’ and play the TopBuzzMCR game to support the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund!

To support the final 30 days of the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund, iconic Manchester band, Happy Mondays, have allowed their classic track “Step On” to be used in a new online game. Developed by marketing engagement agency Trunk, the new ‘Worker Bee” game encourages people to donate more through the Fund’s Justgiving page.

The game challenges users to get their Worker Bee to the highest possible platform collecting hearts on the way and then share the results on Facebook or Twitter. At the same time users can also donate to the fund through the Justgiving page which is linked from the game.

Rob Bolt, Design Director at Trunk said; “As a Manchester agency we wanted to do our part to support the community and those affected by the attack. Trunk has used the iconic worker bee which has become a symbol for the fund as well as the whole community. We hope that by playing and sharing the game users will continue donate to the charity and help those affected by the attack.”
