A happy, sunny Friday here at Trunk HQ just got even better with the announcement of the PRCA awards shortlist!
We’re very pleased to announce that we’ve been nominated for 3 awards this year, so let’s find out exactly which ones we’re up for…
Amazingly, two of our nominations are in the same category which is titled ‘Charity/Not for Profit’, so we’re doubling our chances!
The first one is for our work with No Brainer on the NYAS ‘Digital Life Stories’ campaign. This was made up of two different videos – an animation and a poem – both of which are designed to showcase the amazing talents of the young people living in care. The campaign aimed to encourage youngsters to learn new skills and engage with marketing and film-making; the poem was actually written by a 16-year-old currently in the care system. You can click the links above to watch both of the videos and find out more about this great organisation.
Secondly, we’re nominated for our collaborative work with Big Brand Ideas for our ‘C-Word’ video, which aimed to raise money for young Isabella Lyttle, a girl with a rare form of cancer. Isabella needs to get to America for treatment so to help her with her fight click here.
It’s also a big honour to be nominated for our other work with Big Brand Ideas: Nextbase’s ‘Bad Drivers’ campaign. This falls into the ‘Digital and Social Media Campaign of the Year’ category and was a project we all really enjoyed working on!
Big Brand Ideas are also up for the ‘Media Relations’ award for their PR work on the Isabella campaign – well done guys!
A big congratulations to everyone who’s been nominated including our agency friends at JamPR and Stein IAS! Check out the rest of the nominations here. We can’t wait to go to the ceremony in July to see who wins what… Good luck everyone!
